Copper chromium:The extruded rolled Cu-Cr vacuum contact materials produced by advanced vacuum melting method have advantage of dense microstructure, fine and homogemeously distributed dendritic chromium, high purity and low gas content over other processes. The third additive greatly improves the anti-fusion property of such produced Cu-Cr which is the ideal eletric contacts for medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker with following features:

1.Excellent breaking ability, large breaking capability.

2.High voltage endurance.

3.Low chopping current.

4.Good electric conductivity, small circuit electric-resistance and low temperature rise while working.

5.Good gas bursting feature while arcing.
